User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with pMix Studio when they have connected pMix Studio to Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service.

pMix Studio is operated by Smash It Studios Pty Ltd (ABN: 30 675 885 079). This page may be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta app dashboard requirements.

1. Remove pMix Studio from Facebook

You can remove pMix Studio’s access to your Facebook account from your Facebook settings:

Log in to Facebook.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Open Apps and Websites.
Find pMix Studio in the list of active or removed apps.
Select Remove or Send Request, depending on the options shown by Facebook.

Removing pMix Studio from Facebook revokes future access to data shared with pMix Studio through Facebook or Meta platform permissions.

2. Request Deletion from pMix Studio

To request deletion of Facebook or Meta data held by pMix Studio, email us at hello@pmix.studio with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

Your name and contact email address.
Your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if available.
The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta asset connected to pMix Studio, if relevant.
Any details that help us identify the data you want deleted.

If we need additional information to verify or complete the request, we will contact you using the email address provided.

3. What We Delete

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data we hold that was obtained from or associated with your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta connection, including:

Facebook or Meta app-scoped identifiers.
Access tokens or authorization records, where stored.
Connected Page, account, or asset metadata associated with your use of pMix Studio.
Integration preferences or diagnostic records that can reasonably be linked to your Meta connection.

pMix Studio does not store your video or audio stream content. Streams are sent directly from your device to the streaming destination you choose.

4. Data We May Need to Keep

Some information may be retained where deletion is not legally or operationally required, including:

Records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
Data stored locally on your own device, which you control and can delete from the app or by uninstalling pMix Studio.

If any data cannot be deleted, we will explain the reason in our response where required by applicable law.

5. Confirmation and Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and complete verified requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

When your request is processed, we will provide a confirmation response. If a request cannot be completed immediately, we will provide a status update or confirmation reference where appropriate.
